St. Paul, MN — Crown women's soccer faced a difficult conference test on Saturday afternoon, falling 5-0 to the University of Northwestern.
The Eagles, who remain undefeated in UMAC play, applied steady pressure throughout the match and generated a high volume of chances on the offensive end. Despite the challenge, the Polars continued to compete and looked for opportunities to break through against one of the conference's top teams. Rachel Fuller added eight saves to her season total, continuing her strong work in goal.
Crown moves to 1-2-2 in UMAC play and will head west on Tuesday for a 2 p.m. match against Minnesota Morris.
