Orlando, FL - The Polars men's and women's tennis teams competed in three matches and the Polars women got their first win since 2019 over Brooklyn College.
For the Crown men, they faced off with Hope College and lost the contest 8-1. 
Tade Geving competed in the #1 singles match and the #1 doubles match. 
David Comings competed in the #2 singles and #1 doubles match. Comings won the first set, fell in the second and took homee the win in the tiebreaker 10-7.

Dawson Richardson all took the court rounding out the Polars competitors.
For the Crown women, they faced off with Sweet Briar to begin the day and fell 9-0. 
Annie Doyle competed in the #1 singles match and the #1 doubles match. 
Jaidence Medina competed in the #2 singles and #1 doubles match.

Jada Dehn all took the court rounding out the Polars competitors. Steffen battled winning one set but fell in the tie breaker 11-9. The Crown women fell 9-0 across all nine matches to the Vixens.
In the second match of the day the Polars women earned their first victory over Brooklyn College. In doubles Medina and Doyle combined to win the #1 doubles match 8-6. Estenson and Dehn combined to win the #3 doubles match 8-3. Medina earned a tough #2 singles win 6-2 and 7-5. Rakow won by default in the #3 singles and a Steffen #6 singles win gave Crown the team victory 5-4. 
Men's tennis falls to 0-6 and women's tennis moves to 1-5 on the season. Both teams return to action Tuesday, March 19th with a 1pm match against Bethany Lutheran in Owatonna, Minnesota to open UMAC play.
