Roseville, MN - The Crown Women's Basketball team completed their regular season Saturday afternoon in Roseville against the University of Northwestern.
Mya Morris provided an early spark for the Polars as she scored a quick 10 points in the first quarter and finished the first half with 13 points. Reimer also provided 10 points in the first half for Crown. The Polars held a 20-17 lead at the end of one quarter, but the Eagles took a 42-35 lead into the half and ultimately came away with a 75-63 victory over the Polars.
Crown finished shooting 35.9% from the field going 23-64 and 26.5% from three point range going 9-34.
Morris led the way in scoring for the Polars as she finished with 19 points while adding 4 rebounds and 2 assists on the afternoon. Brayli Reimer added 15 points while Latzke added 12 of her own. Sager, Reimer, and Hemann all had 5 rebounds for Crown. Cotten led the Polars with 4 assists.
Crown finishes the regular season 4-21 and 2-12 in UMAC play.
