Volleyball Falls to Calvary in Three Close Sets

St. Bonifacius, MN - The Polars Volleyball team fell in three sets to Calvary on Friday night.

The Polars had a nine point lead early in the first set but could not hold on. The scores would finish 25-23, 25-21, and 25-23.

Alyssa heagney led the offensive effort with 5 kills and 3 aces. Aryanna Puetz totaled 3 blocks. Maggie Claussen had a career defensive effort with 31 digs in the contest.

The Polars get back to the action tomorrow with contests against Trinity Bible and Faith Baptist.
