Women's Soccer Battles to Scoreless Draw With Vikings

St. Bonifacius, MN - The Polars Women's Soccer team faced off with the Bethany Lutheran Vikings on Wednesday and tied 0-0.

An even first half saw the Vikings send in six shots and Crown send in one. The Polars defense showed up in the contest as goalkeeper Rachel Fuller totaled six saves. Laura Anderson and Ella Hosmer each took a shot on the day. The Vikings dominated possession time in the second half keeping it in the offensive zone for the majority of it. An even second half left the score even at 0-0.

The Polars move to 6-8-3 on the season and 6-4-3 in UMAC play and will finish the regular season with a home contest with UW-Superior this Saturday at 1pm before heading to the UMAC playoffs.
