St. Bonifacius, MN - The Polars volleyball team faced off with the Bethany Lutheran Vikings at home on Friday and fell 3-0 on Senior Day.

The Vikings jumped out in front early and didn't look back as they took all three sets by scores of 25-14, 25-23, and 25-18. The Polars held a lead for the majority of the second set until the score evened up at 17-17. A five point run from Bethany Lutheran gave them the edge as Crown dropped the close set.

Alyssa Heagney once again led offensively with 11 kills in the contest. Shaelyn McNeill and Kamber Brown matched each others assist totals wtih 10 each. Maggie Claussen continued her record breaking year defensively leading Crown with 20 digs.

The Polars will next head on the road to Concordia Moorhead on Tuesday, October 24th for a 7pm match.
