Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men’s Soccer Falls to St. Scholastica

St. Bonifacius, Minn. – Coach Jon Forsythe named seven changes to his starting eleven from the weekend for a non-conference matchup against former UMAC member St. Scholastica.  In all, 25 players saw the pitch during a 4-0 loss.

With two big conference games looming on the weekend, Crown used the non-conference opportunity to rotate the squad.  Unfortunately, fresh legs didn't do much to slow down Scholastica, who held a 27-3 advantage on shots.  The Saints scored two goals in each half.

Abel Mabala, Tim Jaeger, and Juan Fernando Arriaga each had shots in the match, with the latter recording the only shot on target.  Max Henderson had four second-half saves for the Polars.

Crown now sets their sights on Northwestern and a huge conference match on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
