St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Crown volleyball team battled the Northwestern Eagles on Tuesday night but were ultimately swept in three sets by the UMAC leader. The Eagles won by scores of 25-13, 25-7, and 25-9.

Amber Gamer both had 2 kills in the matchup.
Gracie VanBebber finished with 3 assists and Klein led the way defensively with 6 digs.
The Polars return at home for a matchup with the UW-Superior Yellowjackets this Thursday at 6pm.
