St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Crown women's soccer team had to settle for a 0-0 draw with visiting Martin Luther on Saturday, setting up a grandstand finish to the UMAC women's soccer season with seven of eight UMAC schools still alive for a postseason berth. 

The Polars doubled up the Knights in both shots (14-7) and shots on target (10-5), but were unable to find a breakthrough. 

Riley Breitlow was solid in goal, making five saves and some important interventions as Crown kept a clean sheet for the first time since a 0-0 draw with Northland on October 1^st. 

The Polars control their own destiny heading into the final weekend of the season, but four teams are still alive in the race for the fourth and final playoff spot. 

Crown tops that group with 15 points, but Minnesota Morris and Martin Luther trail by just 3 points each, with Northland still alive if they can get victories at home over Crown and Morris.  Be sure to tune in this weekend as the Polars look to claim their first playoff appearance in the NCAA era.
