St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Crown volleyball team battled Martin Luther on Saturday, falling in three sets.
The duo of
Hailey Klein and
Ashley Earick combined for 13 kills, with Klein having a team-best seven. Gracie Vanbebber and Shaelyn Mcneill combined for 15 assists, with the former having a team-high eight and
Sage Johnston led the team with ten digs.
Crown had a 7-0 run near the end of the second set, but couldn't get all the way back in that one in an improved performance for the Polars.
The next match for the team will be next Tuesday when they host Minnesota Morris at 7 p.m.
