St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Crown women's soccer team, shorthanded yet again due to numerous injuries, just couldn't muster up much in attack against a solid Bethany Lutheran on Saturday night. The Storm managed just one attempt on target in a 3-0 defeat.
Crown were outdone by two early first half goals from the visitors and got their single shot on goal from
Emma Domka just before the nine minute mark of the first half.
Molly Schmitz had 12 saves for the Storm, who have a busy week next week with three consecutive road contest in the UMAC, starting Tuesday at Minnesota Morris.
