ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. --- Crown Men's Basketball took down the Martin Luther Knights in a close Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) game on Wednesday evening that featured ten lead changes. The Storm are now 4-3 in UMAC play. Senior forward
Tim Wendel led the team with 30 points and 14 rebounds in the contest, his sixth double-double of the season and third time eclipsing 30 points on the year.
Senior guard
Gunnar Ledin also scored double digits in the game with 13 points including a perfect 6/6 shooting performance from the free-throw line. Junior
Christian Moore led the bench with eight points on the contest, hitting on four of his seven attempts. Senior
Zach Skorik added a team-high three assists and three steals in the contest and sophomore
Seth Royston blocked an incredible four shots and altered many more. Wendel and senior
Josh Royston both accumulated two blocks each in the game for what will likely be the highest total of team blocks this season for the Storm.
The Storm look to continue their success on Saturday as Crown hosts the Maranatha Baptist Sabercats at the Wild Athletic Center in St. Bonifacius.
