MINNEAPOLIS — After a slow start, the Crown College Storm came out fighting in the final two sets of their 3-1 (18-25, 13-25, 25-16, 22-25) loss against conference rival North Central University.
Leading the offense for the Storm was sophomore
Gracie Zieroth with seven kills, with fellow sophomore
Ellie Clark having eleven assists. Junior
Cortney Gunderson led in digs with 16 and aces with two. Senior
Sarah Reinke had two blocks.
The Storm will host their first home game of the season against Wisconsin-Superior on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 7 pm in the Wild Athletic Center.
