Grant Moody scored the lone Storm goal in the contest to break the opening tie, but the Rams responded with two goals of their own in the second half to take the match.
The Storm outshot the Rams 22-21, but the Rams had more shots on goal 10-5. Senior
Zach Skorik led the team with seven shots, and fellow senior
Austin Higginbotham led the team with two shots on target. Junior goalkeeper Foster Bornwing got the start in goal and had eight saves allowing two with several remarkable moments in the match.
