ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. --- Crown Men's Soccer was back in action on Monday afternoon for their last home match of the season. The Finlandia University Lions were in town, and unfortunately, the Storm fell 3-1 to the Michigan-based college.
First-year
Grant Moody had the Storm's lone score of the match, a first-half game-tying goal on a feed from sophomore
Jakob Grein. It was Moody's third goal of the season and his second straight match with a goal.
First-year goalkeeper
Erik Mills received the start in goal and had nine saves in the match. The contest was fairly even throughout, with the Lions edging the Storm out in shots 22-20. The Storm have three matches left this season, all-conference games on the road. The road trip starts with a bus ride to UM-Morris on Wednesday.
