St. Bonifacius, Minn. — The Crown women fell to St. Scholastica 48-76 in the last game of the season. Crown was looking for their first conference win but was not able to pull it off at home. Crown was only down seven in the second half, but the Saints pulled away late for the victory.
Senior
Katie Hinkle led Crown in her last game with eight points and five boards. Freshman
Mariah Douville had a solid game with seven points and three steals. Both juniors
Madison Stricklin and
Miranda Brueggeman scored six points in the match. Freshman
Patricia Gibson led Crown in rebounding with six boards.
Crown looks to build on this season next year with their young talent.
