St. Bonifacius, Minn. – The Crown College (0-4-1) women's soccer team were shut out by the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point (2-5) team by a score of 0-4 on Wednesday evening.
UW - Stevens Point was led by the stellar performances of underclassmen
Reilly Louko (Oakfield, WI/North Fond du Lac) and
Elise Thuot (Hatley, WI/D.C. Everest) combining for two goals on 21 shots, 13 on goal. Louko's goal came on a free kick with a powerful blast over Crown's goalkeeper. Freshmen
Kassidy Spees (Nekoosa, WI/Nekoosa) added two assists for UW - Stevens Point. Sophomore
Olivia Bohnert (Oshkosh, WI/Fox Valley Lutheran) scored her first goal of the season.

Marissa Becerra (Rosenberg, Texas/Lamar Consolidated) added 21 more saves to her season. Becerra took the loss, while UW - Steven's Point's starting goalkeeper
Sarah Peplinski (Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) got the win.
Crown continues their home stretch with a game against conference opponent Martin Luther on Saturday, 2 pm, at KleinBank Stadium.
