Coach Inder Singh enters his tenth season as Coach Luke Herbert’s right-hand man on the sidelines for Crown College Men’s Basketball. The 2020-2021 season will be the 5th in which Singh serves as the Associate Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Singh was also named the Assistant Director of Admissions-Athletic Recruiting in 2020.

From the moment Singh became a member of the coaching staff at Crown he made an immediate impact. On the back of Singh’s recruiting Crown added a JV team for the first time in over a decade. Coach Singh has been vital in adding almost every single one of Crown basketball’s prolific players over the last decade.

During the 2018-2019 season, the Men’s Basketball team finished with a 17-10 (best in Crown NCAA era) including back to back UMAC postseason appearances which helped Singh land on the 2019 National Association of Basketball Coaches 30-under-30 team.

"Inder is irreplaceable on our staff," stated head coach Luke Herbert.  "He has a phenomenal understanding of the game of basketball and brings an energy to the group that is contagious.  He has taken on increased responsibility each year and our program has gotten better every season thanks in large part to his efforts."
