Ella Ladd

Coach Ladd enters her first season as the graduate assistant coach for the Polars women's soccer team. A former standout player for the Polars, she brings with her one of the most accomplished careers in program history. A two-time UMAC All-Conference selection, Ladd made her mark in 2022 by setting the single-season record for minutes played — a performance that earned her the distinction of becoming the program's first-ever USC All-American.

With her experience, leadership, and deep understanding of the game, Coach Ladd is poised to make a significant impact on the next generation of Polars, both on and off the field.
