Polars Set New Record in UMAC Academic All-Conference Awards for 2024-25

St. Bonifacius, Minn. - The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) announced on Wednesday the individual and team academic all-conference awards for the winter 2024-2025 and spring 2025 sports seasons. The Polars had 93 listed for a total of 161 for the 2024-25 academic year.

Individuals who earn a 3.5 or better grade point average (GPA) or better during their respective semesters of competition are recognized with the prestigious individual honor, while the team with the top average GPA in each sport is also recognized. Winter/spring student-athletes were acknowledged for academic achievement in the sports of baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's indoor track & field, men's and women's outdoor track & field, softball, and men's and women's tennis. 

Crown women's outdoor track and field won the team award for highest GPA with a team GPA of 3.65. Polars men's basketball led the conference with 15 Academic All-UMAC awards.
