St. Bonifacius, Minn. – Crown College Athletics is excited to announce
Alex Hosler as the new Head Men's Soccer Coach.
Crown College Director of Athletics, Steve Tebbs, said, "We are thrilled to have Alex as our next Head Men's Soccer Coach. He has shown the soccer acumen, the Boldy Christian values, and the poise we were looking for in our next head coach."
Alex Hosler was previously the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach last season when the Polars earned the most wins in a single season with 10 since joining the NCAA in 2008. He is in the process of obtaining his USSF C License. Currently Coach Hosler is also the Youth Head Coach and Goalkeeping Director with the Orono Westonka Soccer Club in Mound, Minnesota where he is responsible for running training sessions and developing goalkeeping curriculum.

Alex Hosler said, "I would like to thank President Denton and Athletic Director Steve Tebbs for the opportunity and for believing in my ability to lead a program that honors Christ, represents the Crown community well, and competes on the pitch. I am beyond excited to lead these young men."
Hosler spent the 2021 and 2022 seasons at the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana as an assistant coach. In his time there he was a part of the best start in program history in 2022 when the team went 7-1-1 in the first 9 contests.
Alex Hosler currently resides in Waconia, Minnesota and will begin this new role immediately.
