Minneapolis, Minn. - The Polars took on the Faith Baptist Bible College Eagles on Friday in the NCCAA North Regional Semifinal match and finished on top in an impressive showing for the Polars. Crown outshot the Eagles 22-1 and controlled possession for most of the game.
Tim Jaeger opened the scoring just under five minutes into the game scoring his twelfth of the season and then
Omar Navarro,
Diego Romero, and
Brock Knick added goals in the 36th, 49th, 70th and 82nd minutes respectively.
Brock Knick scoring two goals late in this match for his first goals of the season.
Crown's pressure and possession overwhelmed the Eagles and ultimately led to the 5-0 victory. The Polars will take on the winner of Providence and North Central in the NCCAA North Regional Championship Saturday November 5
th at 1pm with a trip to Florida and the NCCAA National Tournament on the line.
