Mankato, Minn. – The Crown men's soccer team was bested by a strong Bethany Lutheran team 4-0 on Saturday. The Vikings held a 21-4 advantage in shots as the Polars struggled to generate chances.
The hosts scored two goals in each half and were kept from a bigger day by
Leo Roque who made nine saves.
Tim Jaeger had two shots on target and
Angel Salinas provided another, but no breakthrough came for the Polars.
The team will look to rebound as they host North Central next Thursday for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
