ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. --- Crown Women's Soccer defeated the Mount Mary University Blue Angels on Saturday afternoon, following a 23-6 win by Crown Football at Old National Bank Stadium. The Storm had goals by Zoe Krone (assisted by Ally Adams) and Anna Kragt (assisted by Krone) as the Storm defeated Mount Mary 2-0. 

Crown outshot the Blue Angels 36-0 in one of the easiest shutouts goalkeeper Michaela Cowman could ever hope for; the biggest issue for Cowman was swatting mosquitos behind an impressive Storm defense. Abigail Taylor led the team in shots with eight in the match.

The Storm continue their homestand in their next contest against Northwestern on Tuesday, for a non-conference matchup with the Eagles at Old National Bank Stadium.
