Cowman Has 18 Saves, Crown Falls to NC

ST. BONIFACIUS, Minn. --- Crown women's team fell 0-4 to the Northland Lumberjills in a UMAC contest on Saturday afternoon at KleinBank Stadium. Crown fell down by a score in the first half, and Northland scored three second-half goals to secure their lead.

Sophomore keeper Michaela Cowman had 18 saves in the matchup, Cowman's sixth straight game with double-digit saves and her second straight with 18. Senior Katelyn Carter and sophomore Lottie Ellis had Crown's two shots on goal. Crown was outshot 7-46 in the matchup. 

Crown continues their season with UM-Morris coming to St. Bonifacius on October 2.
