DULUTH, Minn. --- Crown's women's soccer team fell to the St. Scholastica Saints 0-3 in Duluth on Saturday afternoon, a much-improved final from the earlier matchup between the two squads early in the season.
The Storm were outshot 1-40 in the game, with
Abigail Taylor having Crown's lone shot attempt, a first-half shot on goal. Sophomore goalie
Michaela Cowman had 16 saves in the game and only three goals allowed, an impressive .842 save percentage. Cowman's 178 saves are second in the UMAC.
Crown returns home for their last game of the season on Wednesday, with the Northwestern Eagles in town for a UMAC game starting at 7:30 pm.
