Flucas & Both Carters Score in Loss to NCU

MINNEAPOLIS --- Crown women's soccer team fell to the North Central Rams on Saturday as they continued their UMAC season. The Rams bested Crown 8-3 on North Central's home field.

Crown scored three goals in the game. The first was by first-year Hailey Carter in the 32nd minute of action. In the second half, the Storm scored their second goal of the game as junior Belle Flucas found the back of the net for a goal on a pass from first-year Katie Archer. The assist was Archer's first point in her collegiate career. Late in the game, Crown scored once more as senior Katelyn Carter's shot went in the net. Sophomore goalie Michaela Cowman had six saves in the match.

The Storm play another conference contest on Tuesday as they head to Mankato to face the Bethany Lutheran Vikings.
