St. Bonifacius, Minn. – It was senior night Friday at KleinBank stadium and Crown's men's soccer team sent the seniors off well, winning dominantly, beating Grace University (NE) 10-1.
Junior
Storm Heyer (Zimmerman, Minn./Zimmerman) started out the game with an incredible goal from 25 yards out 53 seconds into the game. In the tenth minute, he had another goal, assisted fellow junior
Ger Jones (Bethel, Wales/Brynrefail School) on a goal in the 14th minute, and finished his hat trick in the 18th minute before getting pulled.
It was the last home game for seniors
Sam Eckman (Edinboro, Penn./Dalat School) and
Reagan Mahoney (Penang, Malaysia/Dalat International) as Storm players, and after they had an extended introduction, they showed how much Crown will miss them with their great play. Eckman scored once and had three assists and Mahoney scored twice and had one assist.
Juniors Christian Olarte (Bogota, Colombia/Chisago Lakes Baptist),
Brendan Carter (St. Paul, Minn./Irondale) and
